Kelsey Bullis
Analyst
Kelsey joined Tulchin Research as an Analyst in November 2021. Prior to joining Tulchin Research, Kelsey worked as a research analyst for Lake Research Partners in Washington DC where she worked for numerous political campaigns at the federal, state, and municipal levels, as well as a host of issue advocacy organizations, labor unions, and ballot initiative campaigns. In addition to campaign work, Kelsey also has research experience in several specialized policy areas including criminal justice reform, education reform, and environmental policy.
Kelsey received her master’s degree in environmental sciences and policy from Johns Hopkins University and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Kelsey is based in Rochester, New York.
