Tulchin Research Named Top New Democratic Consulting Firm of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants
Tulchin Research is proud to announce that it was recently named the top new Democratic political consulting firm of the year by the American Association of Political Consultants, the professional organization of political consultants. The company was awarded the prize at the annual “Pollie” awards – the Oscars for the political consulting industry (and only slightly less glamorous).
“It is an honor to be recognized by one’s colleagues and peers in the profession,” noted a humbled and appreciative Ben Tulchin, president and founder of Tulchin Research. “A special thanks goes to our staff, our clients, and our vendors – all of whom have helped make this company what it is today.”
After working for several prominent polling firms, Ben Tulchin launched Tulchin Research at the beginning of 2009. Despite the Great Recession, Tulchin Research had a very successful first year. The firm won 5 ballot measures, including 2 statewide California ballot measures, elected a State Senator, and provided polling and strategic consulting services to John Garamendi’s successful campaign for Congress in a challenging political environment for Democrats. Tulchin Research polled in numerous states around the country and provided polling and consulting services to several Fortune 500 companies, national environmental organizations, health care and education organizations, labor unions, non-profits and foundations.
The firm is looking forward to a busy and successful 2010 where it will take on a variety of state and local ballot measures, statewide candidates, Congressional races, state legislative campaigns, city and county elections as well as continuing to do research for our non-political clients.
